How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you need warranty service for a product defect, please email our call center (Shophk@steelcase.com) with the information below or use the provided form below.
This warranty is only valid for products purchased through our official website,. If the product was purchased from a channel not listed above, please contact the respective retailer directly for assistance.
Describe the details of the defect:
1. A photo of the entire product.
2. A photo or video showing the defective area.
3. The manufacturing label please refer to the sticker under the seat with the PO number.
4. Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order‑history page showing the purchase date, order number, product details and your name)
*If a video is required for a movement-related issue, please submit your request without attaching the video and state “video available” in your message. We will then email you to request the video, and you may attach it when replying to that email.
Important Notes:
1. Please note that, as stated in our Quality Assurance Guidelines (https://shop.steelcase.com/pages/warranty-claim), the warranty may not apply in certain cases.
2. For simple part replacements, the required parts will be shipped from our warehouse directly to your home. We kindly ask that you carry out the replacement yourself, and our representative will guide you through the process. Examples include seat replacement, base replacement, and caster replacement.
